Chute MiniMixers are ideal for mixing small and medium batches of powder and granulate. The compact design facilitates the direct discharge of the material into separate containers without requiring additional loaders.
The mixers are fitted with two outlets for hopper loaders so that two machines can be fed at the same time. If the mixer is to be discharged by hand, a simple operation adjusting the height on telescopic supports allows a bin or other containers to be placed directly under the mixer. A shut-off valve allows removal of only the desired amount of material. Changeover cleaning is quick and easy. The entire chute assembly can be removed giving access to all areas of the mixer.
The mixing chute is fitted with a powerful geared motor to ensure a quick and homogeneous mix, normally taking no longer than 10 minutes. Access to all moving parts of the mixer is protected by safety microswitches. The electric panel and emergency circuits are all built in accordance with current CE regulations.
