The “HF” series of hopper loaders represents the most advanced solution for automatic continuous feeding of granulate, pellets, regrind and powder materials for injection, extrusion and blow molding machines. These compact units are made of easy to clean materials.
HF HOPPER FEEDERS have a translucent stainless steel container which maintains its impeccable appearance after many hours of use and which protects the material from contamination.
The thermoplastic molded head stock assures excellent electrical insulation and reduces noise levels considerably, making HF HOPPER FEEDERS by far the most silent vacuum loaders on the market. The single phase motor, specifically manufactured for RPR, is a BY-PASS type whose cooling is assured with a special design. It draws a separate flow of air for consistent cooling. The large filter surface area (the largest in its category) and its special treatment allows HF HOPPER FEEDERS to work many long, uninterrupted hours between cleanings.
For very dusty materials or powder, the HF Series can be equipped with a FILTER BEATER “BF”; this patented device shakes the filter after each cycle.
Standard models have electronic controls for setting “PAUSE” and “SUCTION” times while the BF models are microprocessor-controlled.
