The GSM granulator is specially designed for press-side use.The design of the cutting chamber and the remarkable container volume make this unit very versatile. The grinding assembly is high quality steel made, guaranteeing durability and resistance to any form of abrasion. Those components exposed to abrasion can be easily replaced without dismantling the entire gringing assembly. The low rpm and the soundproof hopper improve the working environment in the immediate vicinity of the granulator. Its compact design and performance characteristics make this a truly universal machine; in fact, it can be front-loaded by a conveyor belt or top-loaded by a sprue remover. The unit can be easily moved on self-locking castors.Its grinding unit consists of seven rotating blades and two stationary ones. The reversible electrical panel is fully equipped with standard safety devices including fast trip switches for protection against accidents. 5 lt.capacity regrind silo can be easily connected to a suction tube via a proportional valve..
