GSG GRANULATORS
 
The GSG series granulators, are expressly built for machine side use, even if their design reflects the linear blades-linear counter blades concept. The strong and durable cutting chamber is equipped with a rotor "grooved" in sectors and lateral disks revolving at low speed with the rotor (145 rpm) minimizing heat and dust. They can be used for scraps and technical materials recovery as well.
The huge flywheel and rotor inertia assures low energy consumption, while the "multivee" type belt traction guarantees the granulation of practically everything. The adjustable inlet makes these granulators suitable for both manual loading or loading by a robot. Maintenance is easy and change of colours or materials does not imply heavy cleaning activity.
