GSC 45-36 |
Conceived for scraps and large products granulation it is often used also as a machine-side granulator associated with the robot. The multi-blade rotor,positioned at 45° is provided with a “marker” in the rotor coaxial position and eases the feeding of the cutting area. This type at design allows the grinding of relatively large sprues considering the short length of the blades, and let the cutting force be distributed on each blade, maximizing the use of the installed power. The belt traction and the loading hopper are completely insulated with high quality acoustic insulation materials, producing a low noise level and letting GSC 45-36 be one of the most silent machines of its category . The GSC 45-36/4L Model is equipped with 4 mobile blades in order to ease the granulation of hollow bodies (bottles, drums or containers).

press-side granulator with trapezoidal belt traction. The special design of the loading hopper makes this granulator perfect for belt-side use or, switching to the second upper opening, for next to manipulators use. The cutting chamber is iron casted with star arranged blades.
