The COLORDOSER 12-16-20-24 is designed with a modular system which makes it extremely versatile.
Dismantling the screw and cylinder is very easy. This makes complete and speedy cleaning a simple task which means that the unit can be readily used for short runs or for making samples. The availability of screws and cylinders with different diameters (12-16-20-24) makes for more accurate delivery of product during processing. At the end of a production run, the operator can read the screw rotation percentage data on the visual display and store it on the processing card in order to startup again using the same data, and to obtain the same percentage of product.

The COLORDOSER S.A. (sensor alarm) series have a sensor which alerts the operator that the material is running out in the hopper.

Using an interchangeable relay (24Vdc 110Vac 220 Vac) the interface with the processing machine is simpler, and there is no need to interfere with the control of the production cycle.
